RULES AND REGULATIONS

» The film festival is open for all.

» The films should be sent on or before 7th March 2017.
»  Students are invited to participate in the following category:
   ◊ Short film (Any genre) – Duration should not be more than 30 minutes

  ◊ Entries for the short films should be submitted with their YouTube links and DVD copies along with the synopsis of the film and the list of team members in printed format.

   ◊ Send  two DVD copies through Speed Post or Express Courier to the given Address.  

   ◊ Send the synopsis of the film and the list of team members.
 ◊ Send the Participant name to the given mail address with the following details:                                                         The title, running-time, phone number and contact email.

   ◊  One person can send many entries with different theme, enclosed separately.

   ◊  Short film should contain all the cast & crew names.

   ◊ Plagiarism will lead to disqualification.

   ◊ Certificate will be provided for the registered participant.

◊ Marks will be allotted on the basis of concept, screenplay, direction and picture quality.

Selection:

◊ After screening, short listed short films will be intimated for the contest.

◊ Declaration of winners is done by a judging panel comprised of industry professionals.

◊ The decision of selection committee is final and no further correspondence will be entertained at any cost. Finalists will be notified by postal mail and/or email. The event management will use its best efforts to announce the selected films, winners at the designated time, but will not be held liable for any unforeseen delays.

Use of unparliamentary language,religious representations, profanity
and manipulative statements are strictly prohibited.

1.Entry pass is free for one person along with registered participant .

2. Registered student should send the college id Xerox along with registration form.*
